Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Freetradenow, an AI-assisted trading platform with manager-guided onboarding, a free first trade flow, USDT BEP-20 payouts, and a post-payout service fee.

By contacting a manager, providing payout details, accepting a payout, or continuing to use Freetradenow, you agree to these Terms.

Freetradenow uses platform capital and AI-assisted trading systems to seek payout opportunities. Users do not need to create an account, connect a wallet, deposit funds, or provide trading capital to try the first trade.

• The first trade is free to try.
• Trading outcomes and payouts are not guaranteed.
• Freetradenow is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser.

Each user is guided by a personal manager who explains the platform, answers operational questions, confirms payout details, and sends the secure card payment link after payout.

The manager is the primary onboarding and payment contact. There is no self-service checkout page.

Users must provide a valid Trust Wallet receiving address that supports USDT on the BEP-20 network.

• Freetradenow does not ask users to connect a wallet to the site.
• Freetradenow does not request seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or wallet approvals.
• Users are responsible for checking that the wallet address and network are correct.

If a payout is available, it is sent in USDT BEP-20 to the Trust Wallet address provided by the user. Blockchain transfers may be delayed, restricted, or irreversible depending on network and third-party conditions.

The service fee is 15% of any payout received through the Freetradenow flow. The fee is due only after the payout has been received.

The personal manager sends a secure credit card payment link for the fee. Users should not pay any upfront fee for the first trade.

Failure to pay the agreed 15% post-payout fee may constitute a breach of these Terms. Freetradenow may take reasonable steps to protect its rights, including restricting future access, initiating collection steps, and requesting USDT restriction or freeze actions where available and applicable.

• Provide accurate communication and payout information.
• Keep wallet credentials private and secure.
• Pay the 15% service fee after receiving a payout.
• Do not misrepresent payout status, payment status, or wallet ownership.

Digital asset markets and AI-assisted trading involve risk. Payouts are not guaranteed, and market, liquidity, operational, regulatory, issuer, or network conditions may affect outcomes.

Users should review the Risk Disclosure before participating.

Freetradenow may rely on third-party services for communication, payment links, blockchain infrastructure, analytics, or operational support. Freetradenow is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or policy decisions made by third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freetradenow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform, wallet errors, wrong network selection, third-party failures, or market conditions.

Freetradenow may update these Terms from time to time. Continued interaction with the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
